When I was a teenager I wanted to become a chef. The nuns in the boarding school (in Ireland) were not too thrilled about that. And so I ended up going to the Dublin College of Technology and finished with a Diploma in Catering Management. From the time I was a child I have loved to cook and experiment in the kitchen. I have tested many dietary directions and am convinced that the most solid approach is a lifestyle that consists of high quality unprocessed nutrient-dense foods. This approach has helped improve my health tremendously.
